Welcome to Vidora ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. If you are under the required age, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Description of Service

Vidora is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create video content from text, images, reference videos, and reference audio inputs. We support multiple AI models, including but not limited to Seedance 2, Seedance 1.5 Pro, Sora 2, Veo 3.1, and Wan 2.6.

We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee that generated videos will always meet your exact expectations. The quality of AI-generated content may vary depending on the model, input, and parameter settings.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you need to register for an account. You can register via email or third-party services like Google. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including password security.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Generate inappropriate content involving minors.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, right of publicity, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
  • Generate deepfake content for fraud, defamation, or other malicious purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including but not limited to API abuse, volume manipulation, or malicious attacks.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws and regulations.
  • Resell, lease, or otherwise commercially transfer access to our Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend accounts of users who violate these guidelines, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you upload to the platform (including images, text prompts, etc.). For video content generated using the platform, we grant you the right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content, provided you comply with these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Intellectual property rights in AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction.
  • Your use of generated content must not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
  • Content you upload must not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
  • We reserve the right to use anonymized and aggregated usage data to improve our services.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits can be obtained through:

  • New User Gift: Free credits upon registration (amount subject to current policy), with an expiration date.
  • Subscription Plans: Monthly or yearly subscriptions with regular credit recharges. Subscription credits are valid within the billing period.
  • One-Time Purchase: Credit packages that never expire.

Important terms regarding credits and payments:

  • Different AI models consume different amounts of credits, as displayed on the platform.
  • Credits are non-transferable to other users.
  • Except as required by law, all subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and billing methods at any time, with advance notice.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time. Credits and services remain valid for the current billing period after cancellation.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Creem, Stripe), subject to their respective terms and conditions.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or objectionable. You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content does not represent our views or positions.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
  • You bear full responsibility for the use and distribution of AI-generated content.
  • AI models may occasionally generate content similar to existing works. We do not assume liability for such occurrences but will take reasonable measures to prevent them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results obtained from the Service will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements.
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidora and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
  • Any losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you actually paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vidora and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Your use of the Service.
  • Content you upload or generate that infringes upon the rights of third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide 30 days' advance notice through the Service or by email. Modified terms become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may choose to stop using the Service and close your account.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms.
  • Your account is inactive for an extended period.
  • Required by law or government order.

Upon account termination, your remaining credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to retain certain data as permitted by law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vidora regarding the use of the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
