3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Cloud Storage Services: Your generated videos are stored in cloud storage services (such as R2/S3) so you can access and download them at any time.
  • Payment Processors: We use Creem and Stripe to process payment transactions. These providers handle your payment information in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
  • Analytics Services: We use analytics tools like PostHog to understand user behavior and improve our services.
  • Legal Requirements: To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or the public.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including data encryption, access controls, and security audits.

Your data is stored on secure servers. Uploaded images and generated videos are stored in encrypted cloud storage services. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
